I used Thomas Flavell solicitors to conveyance for my house sale and the subsequent house purchase (9 months later). The app helped with getting all the documents in one place and securely ensuring everything was sent across. The solicitors and paralegal were efficient (April Ford was my solicitor) and everything went smoothly. I was in my house by 10.30 on the day of purchase. Recommended.

Noel McNicholas was very impressive in understanding what was required to reach a settlement in a family property matter that required sensitive handling. Sarah Workham and her trainee Harriet Lawson made light work of handling the conveyancing to the deadline. Overally completely satisfied, with the service which was clearly and reasonably costed. The speed of response was unusual in my experience and made a great difference to my confidence in the whole process. I would certainly recommend.

I honestly can't sing the praises of April, Izzy and the team at Thomas Flavell & Sons enough. We completed our house purchase in around 10 weeks, managing to complete before the stamp duty increases. From the outset, April and Izzy were incredibly proactive, supportive and professional. Everyone associated with our purchase (including our mortgage broker and estate agents) commented on how great they were to work with and our experience was the same. I highly recommend Thomas Flavell & Sons for your personal legal requirements. My experience with them has been second to none, from the lady who greets you at reception to the prompt and efficient engagement with our solictor, everything was made to feel easy and simple, despite our requirements (from our perspective) appearing complicated.
Special mention to Jaspreet who really made us feel at ease and explained things in a very straigtforward manner, not making the mistake many other solicitors do, of bamboozling you with legal jargon!. Thank you Jaspreet.

Massive thank you to Sarah and Harriet for the conveyancing on our house purchase and sale. It ended up challenging on both fronts but Sarah and Harriet really did a great job of pushing things through and making sure everything was ready for exchange (much more than the solicitors on the other sides were doing!). I honestly think that if we'd had a poor or even a mediocre solicitor on our side we could still be waiting to move or the deal would have completely fallen through. Worth every penny and probably worth more than we paid!

Our whole experience was good from start to finish, the app for uploading all documents worked well and if we needed support for anything, or had any concerns or questions they were quick to answer emails or the phone. We used TFS after a recommendation from our friends who also had a difficult purchase and we would and have recommended them to our friends as well.

Majority of work was completed via the online system. It was so easy to use and updates were immediately. The whole transaction was professional and very quick. Because we were selling a house as executor it was sold at auction and the team went above and beyond to meet the expected timeframe required. Thank you, wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use again.
